Here are all the other details you should know. Nothing is hidden, you won’t have any surprise.
• We are not managing your Transactional Website for you.
We are configuring it for you and making sure that it runs smoothly.
You are the one who will put all the items on your Transactional Website, set the prices, etc.
But don’t worry, that’s very easy to do.

(And we will always be there to help and assist you in case of need.)
• We are not selling you a “program”, or some software. In fact, we are not selling you anything! The commissions you will be paying us is for our time and our expertise for installing, configuring and maintaining your Transactional Website.
• There is an exclusivity clause that comes with this Transactional Website. It says that you cannot have your Transactional Website fully configured by us (which requires a lot of time and effort), and then transfer it somewhere else to avoid paying us our commissions, which are our salary.
We unfortunately don't have the choice to put an exclusivity clause, because there are fraudulent and dishonest people in the world (and we had problems with dishonest people in the past).
We are not paid for our work until your Transactional Website starts to sell, so we need to ensure that we will have bread to eat and, hopefully, butter to put on it...
• You need to carry your business in a correct, legal and ethical way. No illegal stuff, like selling the car of your neighbor without telling him, second hand nuclear bombs re-selling, alien pornography, etc.
• No spam to promote your Transactional Website.
Spam is a plague on the Internet. Let’s make Internet a nice place to be and to do business, rather than a difficult place to survive...
• We do not give any warranty for anything. (That’s what our lawyers mean with their many complicated words.)
Like any other serious company (your mobile phone company, your utility company, your Internet Service Provider (ISP), your car maker, and even your toothbrush maker) we cannot be held responsible if something goes wrong.
Nevertheless, be fully and 100% assured that we will make our very best (and even more!) to ensure that your Transactional Website is working perfectly well, and this at all times.
We earn our money when you earn money. So if there is a problem, we are the first ones to be unhappy!
