What is this, a Translation Service?
Since the Transactional Website is available in many different languages, you might want to offer your Transactional Website in a language which is foreign to you, for example, maybe in Russian. The Transactional Website in itself is already translated. But then, you still need to put the descriptions of your items in Russian. And also, you might have some emails in Russian from your customers asking questions in Russian! How to cope with this, if no one speaks Russian around you?
The solution is our Translation Services.
Get all the translations you need, on demand, by using the easiest tool we all have: An email!
Just send an email to our Translators, and you will receive a translation of this email in the language required.
Example:
You receive an email in Russian. You forward the email to our Russian-English Translator who will translate the email in English and send it back to you.
You then reply to this email in English, and send it to our Russian-English Translator who will translate it to Russian and send it directly to your customer!
If your Russian customer replies using the button “Reply” of his mail software, he will reply directly to our Russian-English Translator, who will translate the email in English and send it to you.
And again, you can reply in English, if needed, and send it to our Russian-English Translator, who will translate in Russian, and send it to your Russian customer.
And etc, and etc....
Obviously, you can also get our Translators to translate your product descriptions in a specific language to set up your Transactional Website in a new language!
You can add a new language on your Transactional Website at any time!
Our Translators are native speakers of the language in which your translations will be made, to insure a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
The delay of translation depends on your specific needs. Generally, for occasional translations, the emails are translated at least one time per day (ex: every day at 13:00), so it means that you will have your translations within a maximum of 24 hours! For large translations volume, the delay can be arranged according to your specific needs.

Again, there are no fixed costs! You don’t have to pay for a Russian Translator if you are not using his services!
